No shit. "Tort Deform" is another one of those delusions the Republicans hold so dear, yet the med mal "crisis" and the "runaway juries" and the other urban folklore they earnestly believe is just freaking not true. They get the wakeup call when they get screwed by an insurance company - sad, but sometimes it's what they need.
