I've been growing out a really short haircut (see sidebar photo, which even there was slightly grown out). If you've ever had a really short haircut, you can understand the pain. The ears. The ears are the hardest part. There's that moment when your hair passes the "cute" stage of the ear, and becomes Miss Jane Hathaway.
Not to ever, ever be confused with Miss Anne Hathaway.
I've been toughing it out, but yes, I have a job interview. Time to do something with the growing out mess hair. Inexpensive haircut gal at the chain haircut shop stepped up and showed she has some real skills! She shaped a lumpy mess into something I can live with and actually like, as we pass that critical Ears stage, just in time for, yes, a job interview. Photo to follow maybe, if I remember. I didn't take a before of the Dreadful, so the after probably wouldn't thrill anyone, but I am delighted with no longer looking like Miss Jane Hathaway fell on hard times and was living on the street.
Now I just have to figure out what to wear.

Wishing you much luck!! Any company would be lucky to have you.
