Interview went well. I think I'll get brought back for the CEO stage. Money good, land guy is nice, I think I could provide some dirt detail smarts he confessed to lacking, and I'm a little weak on one thing he mentioned but it's not rocket science, and oh yeah, I could do this job. Commute is considerably longer, but we joked about knowing redneck project manager backroads (which I would definitely be taking, because I-4 is a nightmare). And money would of course be significantly better. We shall see.
I don't have my heart set on it, it's not my salvation, I will continue to consider my options. I'd have to sit down with the CEO and see if I feel good vibes.

ReplyDeleteEnjoy the weekend, and it's a good idea not to get to excited about any job these days. They all suck. But some pay more for the suckle than others.
