I am itching mosquito bites on March 1. Temps are in the upper 80s. I am back to juggling plates and being a lazy blogger. I am going to bed way early.
Though I promised in comments below that I would offer a review (hah, as if I know wtf I am talking about, camera-tech wise. I want "sophisticated point-n-shoot") of my new camera, we shall postpone that just a bit.
This has been a week of feeling like crap, juggling crap, everybody except Miss D (so far, knocking wood) running a fever or unable to budge from the couch. That trip to the outlet mall brought a plague upon our houses. Damn tourist germs.
But good things are happening - I'm holding an open house on Sunday, a really sweet house in a great location. And I'm going to do a test the camera photo shoot, outdoors, in natural light, with Miss D, crash test it with me as your test driver dummy.
So far I like the camera a whole lot. The best thing for my personal camera-idiot needs is that it corrects for backlighting without my asking it. So if there is a big wide window of daylight behind the subject, it knows I'm an idiot and just fixes it. I really, really like that. I also know it has way more potential than I am capable of using - but one of my goals for March is to learn this awesomely cute lil camera.
I am very jealous of the new camera. I'm looking forward to hearing about it.
ReplyDelete"Tourist germs." I never knew.
