...CRIPPLING WINTER STORM IMPACTING THE REGION TODAY THROUGH
TONIGHT...
But this didn't stop Murphy the Intrepid - he had to have his morning walk, come hell or high snow. I was impressed to see that he figured out that tire tracks are made for walking, and walked in footprints to the middle of the street, where a few vehicles had cut a few tire tracks.
Yes, that snow IS up to his neck, and it's still coming down.
Walking in the tire tracks was okay, but he eventually had to give in to his curiousity and plunge head first into neck-deep snow:
Eventually I had to pick him up and force him to come into the house - my fingers were numb, I couldn't imagine how his little feet were holding up.
Where was Sophie, you ask? Inside, on a down blanket on the back of the chair, watching her idiot adopted brother out the window.
Murphy is quite the adventurer! Sophie, sometimes she such a Girl *giggle*.
ReplyDeleteWe got 6 inches down here in NW SC and still coming down. They say it will turn to freezing rain later. Oh goody. Stay safe, warm & dry!
What cute pictures! That's a lot of snow :D Much as I love the snow, I'm actually quite pleased it's just rain forecast here this week... It doesn't cripple all the networks like snow does lol.
