I woke up at 4 when my cold meds wore off, nose running like a faucet, throat sore, headache - and sat down with the Blogger template and a cup of coffee and a fresh load of drugs in my bloodstream. I really WAS doing everything right, it's just Blogger's preview pane that looks wrong. I added all my rings and buttons and everything looks fine. Links to individual blogs to follow eventually. Still no inspiration on a new name for this blog, I'm sure one will come to me eventually.
I'm going to go vote early, and then tune out all election coverage for the rest of the day.
