It's cute, except for those little puffed shoulders, which were very early 1980s. But those can be dealt with.

Hell no. Trying to create hair like that caused me much anguish as a teen. Mine is straight as a stick and fine. I love the sleek, straight styles that have been around lately.That and I don't think anyone misses that 1980s silhouette.
