She really is. If I can get a good copy of the entire performance I'll bore you all with it, but seriously, she was amazing. It was a long number to "ABC"- Michael Jackson - and she was the one cued to pop up first and basically the others looked to her for cues. That broke down a bit a minute or two in, when they were all doing their own versions of the dance, which was quite adorable. She shined, she really did. I'm afraid my daughter will be wearing the Dance Mom t-shirt. The teachers want to keep her around.
She goes to a big dance school with a lot of dance team competition winning performances. It was chosen because their class fit my daughter's schedule and it's 10 minutes from the house. :-) The recital was divided into two groups, 12 and 3 pm, two two hour shows. From the precious little 2 and 3 year olds who were too cute for words to the 17 year olds who look ready for Broadway, it was quite a show.
