Yes, it's not flush with the cabinets, but I'm fine with that - it does make it easier to swing the door all the way back! All of these newfangled fridges seem extra deep - they actually have some that they mark as "counter depth" because so many are not. What sold me on this one wasn't the exterior - all stainless looks the same to me - but the inside - the freezer has a real glass shelf instead of wire, and the door shelves are deep enough to store lots of things.
She was checking it out - there had been strangers in the house (two super-nice and efficient delivery guys, one with a delightful accent - Jamaica, I think). She approves.
