in the 31 days of blogging I have vowed.
Fridge repair is scheduled for Monday morning, and they swear it is the right part, honest!!
Passport renewal as well as voter registration and other legal-y things were launched.
I am on track to take the class test for my Florida License 2.0 by Monday. (That just means I can then apply to take the actual state exam, so don't start your applause yet, but I'm not concerned about passing the latter. These things are designed to flunk you out at the classroom and this ain't my first rodeo.)
I have completed Christmas shopping for Supergirl and one of the other grandparental inlaw-units, and Cousin C, I think. Oh, and one of the granddogs is taken care of. That's as far as I am, Christmas-wise. But I am always this way. When it comes to Christmas I am like the stereotypical guy rushing out on Christmas Eve. My holiday spirit doesn't even start to kick in until Dec. 15th, and the only thing that got me in gear this year was having to have gifts under the tree in Asheville for Supergirl. I don't find the deadline stressful at all - I find it inspiring! I get more creative and more tuned in to the shopping energy when I have to get it done.
I need to get son and DiL done on Monday, so I can send a big effing heavy UPS box to them on Tuesday. I will not have Blankie 2.0 done by Tuesday, not even halfway, so it will be a random surprise for maybe Valentine's Day or whenever it's done.
And on that note, I'm off to make another square or three before bed.
