Communique from the Workfarce

So, today I received a notice from the state unemployment office, in two weeks I must report for "career counseling." To prepare for this, I had to fill out a questionnaire, which asked whether I had a H.S. diploma or a GED, whether I knew how to use a computer, had transportation, could fill out an employment application without assistance, and whether I owned appropriate clothes for a job interview. The form did ask if I thought I would be working soon - I do plan to be doing some freelance work by then. So, if I am working, I am to fill out one of the pages they sent me and return it to them "at the address on the reverse side." The reverse side was blank. The reverse sides of all of the pages were blank. Perhaps this explains why the forms seemed...incomplete.

Boy, I cannot wait to be counseled by these people. I'm sure they'll have lots of help to offer.
