The Koigu scarf in progress. It's hanging on a plant stand on the patio, which, apparently, makes a fine knitting display. My camera, or my monitor, has issues - it's not as purple as it looks in the photo, it's more blue with purples and roses. It will need a good blocking, but I'm very happy with it.
Love your Koigu scarf - What size needle did you use? I like the lacey look your scarf has.
ReplyDeleteI'm also a fan of your blog and those very cute dogs.
by the way I have some Weight Watchers cookbooks. I think the best one by far is the spiral bound Weight Watchers New Complete Cookbook. The recipes are fairly quick and very good - almost too good- I find it's hard to limit my portion size!
Thanks,
Faith
I think I used a 5. It appears to be stamped 3.75 (it's pretty faded), so that's a 5. I think it needs some blocking to open it up a bit more, but I'm really happy with it. I tried a larger needle size but I thought it didn't show the pattern enough.
ReplyDeletePretty scarf! you are the feather and fan QUEEN Catherine!
