It's chilly here this morning - finally had to turn the heat on. This inspired me to drag out the Dreaded Lopi Einstein and knit a few rows - yes, I'm going to finish it, because yes, I'm going to need it. I've decided I don't hate the Lopi as much as I thought I did - it's still a bit coarse and it still sheds white hairs like a dog, which means it still can't be worn to work over nice slacks, but as a dog walking coat it should do fine. So I need to crank along on that this weekend. I also need to get back to Bardot for Girlchild - I don't think I can finish it by Thanksgiving, but I'm aiming for getting it done for Christmas.

I'm wearing my felted clogs - they're still a bit big on my puny feet, I may have to send them through the wash again to tighten them up. But oh my are they ever comfy - you know you want to make them.
